Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated in a quiet location, with easy access to the beginner piste but a bit of a walk to the gondola and restaurants. The rooms are clean and cozy, but the ski room is not very suitable for ski equipment. The service, especially by Iliana Slaveva at the reception, is commendable. The dining options are tasty but basic, and there is a need to go to another hotel for breakfast. Overall, the location's tranquility is a major advantage, but the distance to facilities could be inconvenient.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had extremely comfortable beds, which was a big plus. Although the service was generally good with a spectacular view from the room, there were instances of offensive behavior from one staff member. The location was great for families and beginners, being right on the slopes, but a bit of a walk to the gondola and restaurants. The dining options were varied, but the buffet style may not suit everyone, and being a little distance from Borovets was a downside.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The location is superb, especially for skiers as the hotel is right on the slopes. The rooms were spacious and overlooking the ski tracks, perfect for non-smokers. However, the dining options fell short of expectations. The service had its highs and lows, with top-notch help during booking and welcoming reception but an unfortunate incident where a staff member was offensive. Overall, a good value for the price.
