I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had extremely comfortable beds, which was a big plus. Although the service was generally good with a spectacular view from the room, there were instances of offensive behavior from one staff member. My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The location is superb, especially for skiers as the hotel is right on the slopes. The rooms were spacious and overlooking the ski tracks, perfect for non-smokers. However, the dining options fell short of expectations.
